The Amazing(ly ugly) Aerocivic

Wheel Skirts

The wheel skirts streamline the sides of the Aerocivic while reducing the wind resistance against the tire itself. Each is hinged at the top and attached with springs at the bottom to keep the flaps from flying out in the middle of a turn.
