Vanilla Velvet Honey Lip Balm
For: moisturizing lips To make: In a small saucepan over low heat or in a double boiler, warm 1 tablespoon soybean oil, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 1/ teaspoons beeswax, until the wax is just melted. Remove from heat, add 5 drops of vanilla essential oil, and stir to melt. Then, set the pan in a shallow ice water bath, and stir rapidly for one minute until honey is incorporated and formula is of a peanut butter-like consistency. Spoon mixture into storage containers and cap. Let set for 2 hours before use.biskuit on flickr
