Slim Down for Summer with That's Fit

Care and Feeding

There are a few things to keep in mind about container gardens. They dry out and heat up faster than their in-ground counterparts. Be sure to check water levels regularly - even daily during the summer. Try to give some relief from full, mid-day sun. And since they can't draw nutrients from the ground, you'll need to feed your plants on a regular basis, too.
*Keep your container garden going from spring through fall by replacing plants when they wear out.
