Joe Biden

Joe Biden's record is in line with many mainstream environmental groups on. For example, in 2006 he voted against exploration, development, and production activities for mineral resources in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2003 he voted to require the Department of Energy to conduct research that would support the production of 100,000 hydrogen-fueled vehicles in the United States by 2010, and 2,500,000 hydrogen fueled vehicles by 2020.
