When he was in junior high school, Brad Linder co-founded a school environmental group known as "the Green Team." Contrary to popular belief, this was not a riff on the A-team, but rather a logical choice as the school was divided into a Red Team and Blue Team, which basically determined when you got to eat lunch. Being on the Green Team meant you got to complain that people eating lunch shouldn't be using disposable Styrofoam plates. Despite his better judgment, Brad eventually grew up and became a freelance journalist, blogger, and radio producer. During his career he's covered subjects including politics, arts, technology, and the environment. Brad has interviewed entomologists about biodiversity and engineers about alternative fuels.
Brad lives in Brooklyn, NY with his cat and wife.
