Who took top honors on NBC's eco-friendly comedy extravaganza? Surprisingly, I think Jimmy Fallon took home the grand prize with his eco-medley that spoofed Amy Winehouse, Justin Timberlake, Green Day, Jay-Z, etc. He really went all out. Check out the video.

Japanese whalers shipped out yesterday to once again declare war on one of our favorite marine mammals. The official whale warring season is now underway, with the Sea Shepherds expected to launch something called "Operation Waltzing Matilda" on December 7th.

Although few environmental activists have his poster on their wall, at least one part of W's legacy will be exceptionally green. Located on the campus of SMU, the George W. Bush Presidential Center is expected to receive platinum-level LEED certification.
