Eco-Beat, 11/13

Which horribly offensive cartoon show's creators like to relax at their sustainably-built vacation palace? Wanna eat your pudding and your meat and still save the planet? Already wondering how you're going to tackle this year's Thanksgiving leftovers? Today's Eco-Beat has the scoop on all the latest green news and tips.
