Mickey Rourke Loves (Neutered) Dogs
Mickey Rourke is a big tough guy, but he's also a big mush when it comes to his chihuahuas, Loki and Jaws. Lucky mutt Loki has accompanied Mickey all over the world, including the red carpet at the premiere of The Wrestler at the Venice Film Festival last September.
Mickey is also a PETA supporter, and the star of the latest ad for ABC -- Animal Birth Control -- the campaign to get people to spay and neuter their pets.
This newest ad features gritty, black and white photography of Mickey holding Jaws, and the vivid sentiment: "Have the cojones to fix your dog."
You have to watch the video of Mickey with his two dogs, talking about bad puppy stores, rescuing Jaws, and taking the time to build a relationship with your dog. It's even better than anything you're imagining right now...beware the f-bomb he drops near the end.
