Funniest Catalog.... The "As seen on TV" ones
Man, there is just about everything thats wrong in a consumer nation in that thing. Every lil piece of crap 'thing' you buy just to buy it...
Those things are funny.

Ok, the funniest catalog I've received is the Big & Tall Direct. My husband is 6'7, so he is unfortunately restricted to pretty terrible clothes, or at least pretty terrible catalogs. His mother and I were laughing to tears for a good 15 minutes just thumbing through this thing...jean shirts down to the knees, tight ankle black jeans with huge bulky tennis shoes...you really have to see it to know what I'm talking about!

Where to start? Maybe the ads for the scary china dolls standing in front of an overly patriot eagle, in the shopper pages that I can't get to stop coming to my mailbox. Maybe the hotdog coupons as I am a near vegan.
Probably the worst though, was all the formula and formula coupons I got sent before I even had a baby. How did they even know? My in-laws didn't even know yet! These should be outlawed. I had about a near full garbage bag sent to me by the end of the pregnancy. I couldn't even pass them on, who wants to encourage someone not to breastfeed their baby? They went straight into the shredder and dumped into the compost, but I felt bad about even feeding the dirt Enfamil, let alone a baby.

When I moved into a new apartment, a catalog of weird pharmaceutical tools was mailed to me. Later I found out that the guys who had lived there before had a bit of a, erm, "lab" going on there. For a goodie goodie like me, it was hilarious.

I think my funniest catalogs was the two versions of the Crate and Barrel catalog that I received (for previous tenants). One was a "mini" version, and the other was a "full size" version of essentially the same catalog. I mean, honestly, do people really need a smaller version of the catalog to carry "on the go"?
