These days with the options for local, organic, sustainable, fair trade, grass fed, free range and whole grain foods popping up at most grocery stores anyone who is trying to eat green turns into a foodie of sorts really quickly. What can you give for Christmas besides a share in a CSA or homemade delicacies?

You can also consider gifts that can be redeemed later in the year if you live in one of the many places that fresh, local produce is not available for Christmas. The possibilities are quite endless. Consider everything too.
