My favorite hairstyle... well, mine has no style. But I do sure like it when my wife wears her hair down, but with two little strands tied back on top of that... sort of vaguely Celtic Goddess looking. :)

Although my hair is wavy and I usually wear it that way, it's fun to do a really serious blowout and wear it straight.

"eco-friendly ceramic heating element"?
Sorry, all resistors are essentially 100% efficient at creating heat. Doesn't particularly matter what you make them out of. The only vaguely eco-friendly aspect of this hair dryer is that it's rated to consume 1000 watts maximum (most hair dryers today use 1500+ watts at their highest setting).
Of course, there's little that's "green" about our habit of regularly using 1000+ watts of power on a daily basis - simply to alter the appearance of one's hair.
And $159 for hair dryer is crazy. For $20 you can get a decent hair dryer at Target. If you stay clear of the hottest setting, you can feel better about using less energy.

My hair is naturally wavy and sometimes I like to wear it that way. Other times I like it super straight.

I really need this thing. I have the worst hair on the face of the earth (I should be happy to have hair, of course.) I must wash and dry it everyday if I want to even look presentable for 5 minutes. The ideal hairstyle for me would be to be followed around by a hairdresser with ability everywhere I go. I have smooth hair for about 10 minutes after it is washed, conditioned, glued (not exactly) and blow dryer styled. If I do not do all of that it either hangs greasy and limp, or dry, frizzy and limp. I tell my stylist I want Meg Ryan hair, but I suppose that is just silly. The amount of energy wasted by a hair dryer - and sometimes even a curling iron, and the time I lose in doing all this would warrant a better hair dryer.

No, electricity needed. Wash and wear. I have naturally curly hair that looks best when after showering, I recline on my bed with hair over a pillow while it dries. Oh, the things we do for good looks. At least it gives me an opportunity to reflect or catch up on some tv. I would give the hair dryer to my Mom who would use it.

Even though I don't have it, I'm loving the a-line 'do's right now. Works with straight or curly hair :)

I like Pink's short hair. Sharon Stone too. Both have a great cut, shape and color. I tried to get mine like that, but it doesn't shape - it will fall straight down and that is all.
