The Brooklyn Children's Museum recently re-opened revealing a green face-lift and new exhibits to boot! As the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) museum in New York, it employs eco-technology and materials providing an earth- and kid-friendly space. There are even green-inspired exhibits including a greenhouse and Neighborhood Nature focusing on the ecological landscape of some of Brooklyn's neighborhoods. Kudos to the Brooklyn Children's Museum for providing a healthy and educational environment for young minds to explore.
