Green Daily Giveaway: Boca - burgers and more!
Meat-free meal options have come a long way since tofu dogs and veggie burgers. You can find a huge variety of shapes and sizes in the freezer section of your local supermarket.
Boca Burger has about a zillion (okay, only ten but that's a lot!) versions of the just the burger, including one made with organic soy. They recently introduced even more new products, including a microwavable chik'n sandwich in a bun that is surprisingly chicken-like, and tasty.
Want to try for yourself? For the contest this week, we are giving away three coupons, each good for one free package of Boca Meatless Products. Coupons are much easier to mail than a box of frozen food, plus you get to select for yourself from the variety of faux chik'n, sausages and ground "burger crumbles."

My favorite meatless dish is stuffed shells. Those are the absolute yummiest with spinach, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and marinara sauce. That's delicious! Anyhow, my daughter is vegan so we do look for new and interesting types of "burgers" she can eat so this giveaway is completely up our alley! Thanks for having it.

My favorite is a spinach salad with dried cranberries, cheese (feta or parmesan are my favs) and Newman's Honey Mustard dressing. Maybe toss some sunflower seeds on top, or some croutons. YUM!!

unfortunately Boca uses GMOS so as delicious as they are think twice before eating them, with the exception of the organic soy burger
