Not only can it charge a cell phone in just two hours, but I think it looks surprisingly stylish and fashionable in the process. It works via a battery hidden inside the lining, which get charged by the solar panel exterior. Then you just plug your phone or mp3 player (or whatever) into the attached USB cord.
