Alan Thicke promotes alternative fuel choices
Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Alan Thicke has recently endorsed Hybrid Technologies, Inc. by becoming their spokesperson for emission-free vehicles. In return, they are providing him with an all-electric version of the BMW Mini Cooper.While celebrity support for alternative fuel and emission-free vehicles continues to climb, I find it refreshing to hear Mr. Thicke's view on the subject: "As a Baby Boomer Consumer, I've been part of the problem so now it's time to be part of the solution." He's not trying to act like he has always been perfect when it comes to this view; he's saying that he's made some bad choices in the past, he realizes it, and he's going to support this new emission-free technology.

Green cars are all the rage, but surely we still need to burn some sort of fuel to generate the electricity? Does anyone know the true carbon footprint of these vehicles?
