In the past couple of years, ever since being green has gone mainstream, more and more companies are producing reusable bags. But, I like to support the little guy. So when I stumbled across Ruthie Pearl reusable bags I knew I had to share this great find with you.

Based out of Salt Like City, Utah, Ruthie Pearl makes bags that are fashion friendly and eco-friendly. The straps on each bag are made out of biodegradable materials, and the business operates in a way that protects the Earth. The bags are currently made out of standard cotton (not organic), but the company is working on that.



And in the meantime, their website says, "We'll keep striving to operate our business in the most sustainable way including offsetting all of our energy use through wind power credits, reducing/recycling waste and educating our consumers on other ways they can help the cause."
