Brad Pitt to design Dubai eco-hotel
That Brad Pitt -- always using his fame and talents to promote great eco-causes. The most recent development in entertainment news is that he'll be helping design a giant eco-friendly hotel in Dubai!Brad will be using his architecture skills to work as a consultant on the 800 bedroom resort.
The hotel will be designed by one of the same architecture firms, Graft LLC, that's working on the Lower 9th Ward reconstruction as part of Brad's Make It Right project.
In a statement released by Mr. Pitt's rep, he said, "Acting is my career, architecture is my passion. As my first major construction project the Dubai hotel will feature environmentally friendly architecture, but also embrace my career in entertainment."
Brad doesn't have a degree in architecture, but he's certainly drawing enough attention to building green, so I'm not complaining!
