Obviously the best way to make someone come around to your point of view is to make fun of them, as protesters with Campaign against Climate Change and Biofuelwatch have so lovingly reminded us. They're upset because, starting yesterday, the British government mandated that all fuel dispensed at UK gas pumps contain at least 2.5% biofuel.
The organizations released a joint statement saying: "The government is demonstrating a perverse obstinacy in ploughing ahead with this despite the overwhelming scientific evidence that far from helping in the struggle to control climate change, biofuels will accelerate climate change, and are a major cause of an emerging global food crisis that is creating starvation and food riots in several countries."
