Safe dishes for kids
The Soft Landing searched near and far to come up with kid-safe eating gear that didn't contain any bisphenol-A or PVC. One find was Arrow products. Arrow is based in Illinois and all of their products are manufactured here in the U.S. Arrow can be found in Walmart and other retailers and they have a huge line of products. All of the products for kids are made from polypropylene and are marked with recycling code #5, which is known to be a safer plastic. Another plus, all of Arrow's plastic scrap, used containers, wrapping materials and pallets are recycled.
Ikea's plastic children's cups, plates and utensils were also deemed to be safe.
