Jessica Alba gives out organic gift bags at her baby shower
While I would not have pegged Jessica Alba for the type who cares about the environment, apparently she's more eco-friendly than I thought. Or maybe she's just concerned with keeping chemicals out of her and her baby's bodies. Either way, reports from the actress' baby shower have come in and the gift bags from the soiree were provided by TastyBaby, an organic baby food company.Other celebrities who are fans of Tastybaby include, Joely Fisher, Jennifer Meyer, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Kate Beckinsale, Cindy Crawford and Angie Harmon, to name a few.
The website talks about the company's philosophies saying, "The entire concept of Tastybaby was borne out of our values and philosophies on life! The things we hold most dear are the health and well-being of our children and the planet they are going to inherit. Giving our babies what we believe to be the best possible start in life is so important to us, and now with Tastybaby, we are especially proud that we are able to share this gift with our customers."
Tastybaby believes that food should be altered and processed as minimally as possible. They also take care to use recyclable packaging, biodegradable cardboard, and biodegradable paper.
