LetsGoGreen: Online eco-shopping for a cause
The Center for the New American Dream has teamed up with LetsGoGreen, an online shop that offers eco-friendly cleaners, recycled paper products, water-savers and CFLs. The Center for a New American Dream works to help people "conserve natural resources, counter the commercialization of our culture, and change the way goods are produced and consumed." Select "Center for a New American Dream" at check-out and LetsGoGreen will donate 25% of the proceeds to the organization. Lots of neat and useful stuff on LetsGoGreen. For example, the Green Gifts section features a home starter kit that includes such essentials as recycled bath tissue and paper towels, eco-friendly detergents, cleaners, sponges, water-saving showerheads, faucet aerators, shower timers, CFLs, tote bags and more. Also be sure to check out their Green Fundraising section, which has lots of neat ideas for fundraising for your own school or group.

Every day is a new deal on an eco-friendly product and they donate 10% of each purchase to the environmental or non-profit organization listed that day. They also have a fund setup for hands-on giving that they do.
