We love chocolate milk in our household. In fact, I rarely buy mix because our milk consumption then increases from "a lot" to "massive." However, when I do indulge, I prefer powder Nesquik which comes in a bright, yellow plastic container that is completely reusable for a variety of things.
- Snack holder. When I buy a box of granola or snack bars, I often ditch the over sized box and relocate them to a Nesquik container in my cupboard. It's just the right size and it keeps the bars from getting squished if we hit the road.
- Art supplies. These are great for keeping crayons, paint brushes and chalk organized.
- iPod charger. If you are good with gadgets, you might just want to see what can be done with a couple of 6 volt batteries, a Nesquik container and an iPod.
- Beach picnic. Take advantage of the container's waterproof and air tight qualities and pack lunches in them for a trip to the beach. Each person can have their very own seagull-proof box. When lunch is over, you can use them for #5.
- Sandcastle kit. Cut the rim off the body and coat the inside with vegetable oil to create a fabulous mold for sandcastle walls.
