Squirrel faces treeless existence
OK, its not all that convincing, but I applaud the use of giant animal costumes if nothing else -- and I guess almost everybody can get behind the 'plant a tree' message. After all, trees provide shade, habitat for wildlife, they store carbon, and they look cool. The Aleppo Pine can capture up to 48,000kg of CO2 per year -- the average American produces about 20,000kg a year.
The video also points out the inconveniences of sharing an apartment with a squirrel, highly informative. At least it's more creative -- and cheaper -- that using a celebrity spokesperson.

Earth Day is April 22. Arbor Day is April 25. Both are perfect days to plant trees.
