Paul McCartney models for Peta
Paul McCartney takes it all off for PETA...Just kidding! Thank goodness that's not the case. I don't think anyone really wants to see Sir McCartney naked. No, Paul didn't really take it all off for PETA but he did offer them his fully clothed support. He's the latest celeb to do a print ad for the ethical animal treatment group.
His shirt in the ad says Eat No (picture of a cow). While it's a nice shirt and all, I think it's a bit ridiculous that so many of the famous women for PETA are expected to strip down, while the men are all about the veggie t-shirts. But that's another post for another blog.
Anyways, Paul also talked with PETA about the first time he realized he had to stop eating meat. He said, "Many years ago, I was fishing, and as I was reeling in the poor fish, I realized, 'I am killing him-all for the passing pleasure it brings me. And something inside me clicked. I realized as I watched him fight for breath that his life was as important to him as mine is to me."
Via PETA.

I really do think Paul McCartney is doing a good thing.
He is showing how caring and warm-hearted he is, and at the same time, he is promoting the anti-fur campaign.

Somehow I don't like humans being compared to a fish. But, oh well.
