Green Profiles: Sara Todd
Sara Todd is a Senior Design Analyst at Frog Design, Inc. She's a leader in user-centered research and interaction design, as well as an educator on how behavioral changes and design can positively impact on our environment. Her panel Green Software. Really? is on Tuesday, March 11 at SXSW Interactive.
Frog is a huge design firm. For the past 40 years they've been making everything from consumer electronics, to Titleist golf clubs, to state-of-the-art websites. These days they're going green -- not just in what they create for their clients, but also in the way they operate the nine studios Frog has distributed across the globe.
The woman spearheading this initiative is Sara Todd. She's coordinating the efforts of the nine Frog locations, each of which is tasked with a particular aspect of greening the company's operations. Whether it's composting employee waste, subsidizing eco-friendly travel, or working toward a paperless office, Sara is helping Frog set an example for other corporations -- integrating sustainable business solutions into everyday life at the office.
