This or That: America's Greenest Car, is it the Toyota Prius or the Honda Civic GX?

The Honda Civic GX barely squeezed out the Toyota Prius for the title "America's Greenest Car" given out by the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy. Cars were ranked by looking at emissions, fuel economy, and pollution generated during the manufacturing process to determine which were the greenest and which were the meanest.
The Honda Civic GX (a compressed natural gas sedan) may be in the top spot but that doesn't mean many of them are selling -- they're currently only available in California and New York and are sold mostly to government officials and corporate fleets. Maybe with this news that will change?

my freind bought a Prius-we live in snow country-BAD IDEA
she was on an incline, the car does not kick into gas power until it reaches 20mph....so could not get up the hill, the battery went dead in short order and she had to call a tow truck.......maybe in Arizona....but not a good car for normally snow winter driving.

I invented the green manufacturing movement and the Vector car which is green to manufacture, green to drive, and green for disposal.
