30 Seconds to Mars sings for environment
Launching an environmental campaign and big music video which was filmed only 200 miles north of the Artic Circle in Greenland, 30 Seconds to Mars is actively bringing attention to environmental issues and trying to encourage younger generations to participate in eco-activities and conservation. The band, headed up by lead vocalist Jared Leto, partnered with the NRDC to reduce the impact of their shoot as well as purchase offsets for the unavoidable parts. Rock on!

I really hope that everyone takes the trouble to make a difference.
30 seconds to mars is making some noise, and I am proud to say that just being an individuel person (and Echelon ;) ), together with my daughters, we are trying to make that difference to.
Just like 30 seconds to mars, we MUST DO SOMETHING, so TOGETHER we can stop the pollution.
So come on, and HELP.
This planet is our home, we must be careful with her. There's no other place to go, when she dies. And when she dies it's because of us, stupid humans, who don't think.
So do something about it,
THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW

Stop at nothing, and make our world healthy again.

I really love 30 Seconds To Mars and I think what they are doing is so great! I have been waiting for the day when people that mean something to us now (especially younger generations, like me) take action and try and get people to open their damn eyes.
I really hope that everyone who comes here understands what 30 Seconds To Mars and so many others around the world are trying to say. I hope these comments and this subject of the world coming to an end and all its beautiful creatures dieing make them cry, like they did to me, and have a huge impact on them.
When I think of something, I will try to launch a campaign to raise money for the environment and to help stop global warming or at least slow it down and stop the pollution. What the world is coming to these days I have no idea, but it's people like the boys from 30 Seconds To Mars (who really make the effort in both their music AND trying to save the world) who are true heroes.
I stand by my comment, and my thoughts on this subject will never change.
