UFOs in Texas: The environmental implications of extraterrestrials
In case you haven't heard, rumor has it there's some UFOs flying around over Texas. While normally extraterrestrial spacecraft are spotted by buck-toothed oddballs from the middle of the nowhere, this sighting comes from a bunch of seemingly normal people -- like business owners, pilots, and even police officers. The government has explained away the incident by suggesting this was an illusion caused by two commercial airplanes and the setting sun -- but that's exactly the kind of lame excuse they came up with Men in Black II, and Will Smith was totally lying to those people. Lying. But the real question is: what does the mean for our planet? If aliens can fly all the way here in super-sleek, impossible-to-detect intergalactic orbs, surely they have the technology to power their lives without spewing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere -- right?
I know, it seems like I'm talking crazy, but some people really believe that extraterrestrials not only a) exist, b) visit Earth, and c) have superior alternative energy technology, but that the government is using that technology in ultra-top-secret military projects. Conspiracy!
Admittedly this isn't exactly a mainstream theory, but at least one person smart enough to earn a PhD believes that: "There is substantial evidence to suggest that reverse engineered ET technologies have been used in the development of energy sources for 'black projects' such as the anti-gravity propulsion system that is claimed to fuel the B2 bomber."
That person is Dr. Michael E Salla, and you can read more about his conspiracy theories on the website UFO Evidence. If nothing else, it's fairly entertaining.

You've got kind of a condescending tone to the millions of people who have seen UFOs.
Rather than debate what's what, I think I'll just leave it at one statement: By your own admission, your government is lying to you, and they aren't even trying very hard to make it a good lie.
Isn't that all that you need to know?

Interesting article. Dr. Salla writes in the linked webpage that the B2 bomber was outed in Aviation Week and Space Technology magazine as having "electrostatic field-generating techniques" applied to its wings. The author then makes a leap in stating this relates directly with the Bielfeld-Brown effect.
The only non-UFO website mention I could find of that magazine's article was here:
http://www.netwrx1.com/skunk-works/v07.n081
"The AvWeek article mentioned was the one by Bill Scott where he made a few pretty speculative statements that were very much open to interpretation."
A thread worth reading.

What's also VERY worth reading is the book "The Hunt For Zero Point" by Nick Cook - the well-respected and very non-loony editor of the most widely read and respected defence industry journal in the world - Jane's Defence Weekly. This sort of stuff is real and has been ongoing for some 60-70 years now. It's the main place the trillions of dollars in black budget defence spending has gone over that period too, and there have been big results. The B2 stuff is I'm almost certain mentioned in the book, and yes, it's almost certainly real - the science is not that big a deal, even if it's not public and not used on your average long-haul jet. You can get a very limited look inside the book via Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0767906284/ref=sib_dp_pt/103-0225754-4933406#reader-link

In the book "Gods of Eden" by William Bramley. He documents historical events and theories relating to alien intervention in environmental, religious, and society related functions over the last 2000 years. One interested by this article should read this resourse, you will not be able to put the book down. I could not atleast.

Well, it's nice to know that while the aliens are influencing governments and teaching random rednecks that "Klaatu barada nikto" really means "Squeal like a pig, boy! SQUEEE!", at least they're using Earth-friendly technologies. I can hear their first message to humanity: "POLLUTERS ARE ENEMIES OF THE DALEKS! THEY MUST BE EX-TER-MI-NA-TED!"

Don't tell me that there's a chink of light at the end of the tunnel and people might actually be beginning to realise the truth. Ah, the dawn of wisdom, a wonderful thing.
If you have even 1% serious interest in this subject (even if the other 99% is scepticism and ridicule) I suggest consulting one of the leading efforts in this area, Aero2012 - at http://www.aero2012.com/en/index.html and particularly the brief Strategic Overview (link at left).
This stuff is real, and supported by many in positions of influence and power in the world, though of course the need of this blog and other public outlets to take a sceptical humorous approach to discussing this sort of info is entirely understandable. It's a leap to make to start accepting this reality, but we're all going to need to do that sooner or later.

I am one of the bucktoothed oddballs that saw the UFOs. I am also a former Air Traffic Controller and can tell the difference between an airplane and something very different.
