How to recycle your exercise tapes and DVDs
Got an old Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies just lying around, collecting dust? Perhaps you're in the market for a new yoga DVD? There are many reasons people outgrow their fitness DVDs. Sometimes you just get tired of them. Sometimes they get too easy for you. Sometimes they are Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies. I kid Richard.
But seriously, if you do have a fitness video that needs a new home, or you are looking for a video, try the Video Exchange at Video Fitness. You must be a member of the forum to participate, and you are not allowed to sell them.
It's certainly better than chucking them, and it might be kind of rewarding to find Richard a new home.

A related problem: Recycling CDs for obsolete software releases (and product promos, demos, etc.).
No one cares about the data anymore - but I hate for the media to simply be trashed. I have a stack of several hundred at work. Where can they go?
