the comment about Al Gore flying around everywhere in a private jet, is dumb. What should he do...WALK.

What's Gore supposed to do?? Uh, try flying commercial like the rest of us shlubs. Does the fact that he's "opened peoples eyes" (while making a nice chunk of cash for himself off tree huggers) mean that his "good deeds" give him permission to use more energy every year than the rest of us, all the while yapping about what energy hogs WE all are?
How do you spell H-Y-P-O-C-R-I-T-E? Oh, yeah. AL GORE!

Who cares about the environment? Go out and burn some garbage. Drive any where you can. Don't recycle at all costs. Keep investing in oil conglomarates. Keep electing hipocrites and cuckolds like G.W.B. Leave your water running 24/7. Do all these things and the environment will be saved.

Didn't you know. Airplanes, all these stars probably fly a great deal, are slowing global warming by vapor trail reflection. See the 10% mitigation estimate research. So this list doesn't rise to thoughtful work just bashing of people who could help a serious problem, global warming. This, before we have to re-name Glacier National Park to reflect a possible final new reality. Please remember the buffalo herds, dodo birds or passenger pigeons that are gone, man can clearly influence the environment. So, lets push 15% energy sourcing from renewable energy sources which clearly deserve support by the people and govmt. because it both slows this problem and truly lessens reliance on foriegn oil versus weak bashing.

why is wearing fur bad for the enviroment? I could understand if the process of making fur clothing involved a process that caused a lot of polution, but I don't know if that's the case. Personally I don't dig on people wearing fur (especially if the animals are treated cruely), but I thought green was specific to the enviroment in terms of polution making best use of natural resources.

Gosh, Ellen, from the looks of your articles you're one mean greenie. Somehow, any impact you might have on the green movement is lost by such tepid pieces of writing. Get some meat on the bone, honey.

Is this Chris Brown any relation to go-go pioneer Chuck Brown? A grandson, perhaps? I know the senior Mr. Brown is in his 70s now, I've seen him doing spots for the D.C. Lottery lately...I have not heard of Chris Brown so I know I should withhold judgement...but throwing away your underclothes after one use before washing them seems wasteful, if not downright unhygenic...
