Since asbestos has been known to cause cancer, no question about it, for many years, I would say it is time to totally boycot Planet Toys. To say that asbestos testing hasn't been required is a huge cop-out, completely ingenuous (sp); that is to say chicken-s--t. This is why one should but American??
Time to tell Planet Toys they have blown it!

The products were tested by labs hired by the Asbestos Disease Awareness Foundation.

THAT says it all. I'm sure if you did field studies on their "tests" you'd find ALOT of asbestos in JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING they test. And behind them, you will find "asbestos" lawyers whose only income comes from suing companies for asbestos related diseases..whether or not the company has any liability.

It's time to boycott ALL foreign made goods. And it's also time to vote against every single one of these crooked politicians who push these free trade agreements that do nothing but hurt the American working man. Clinton started this whole mess with NAFTA and now Bush has been pushing this free trade garbage since he's been in office. If ever there was a time to elect a third party president, now is that time!!!!

Actually NAFTA was started by the Senior President Bush. And although many people have known that ASBESTOS is a dangeous substance, it is hard to tell from looking at it that any of these things would have ASBESTOS without testing.
So them not testing for ASBESTOS is not a copout.
FYI...Try boycotting all foreign goods,
there will be nothing left in your home, including TV's Telephones, and most foods, and almost all clothes. Look around your homes and offices, try to find the American Made products.
And these supposed private non-profit groups, make a ton of money with these lawsuits. These non-profit groups do not make a profit, by paying large salaries
to their principal owners.
Although I am all for a change in politicians,
this issue is hardly associated with NAFTA at all.
NAFTA does not include CHINA, it is an agreement between North and Southern American Countries
and although maybe bad for the economy has nothing to do with lead or asbestos in toys.

it is unreal what the government lets sleep through, at times someone may think the do that on purpose that is poison and will kill kids, i can not believe we have that stupid of a government to let that happen , i know 99 out of 100 in government dont have it all together, meaning the are not playing with a full deck , and maybe we do, that thare so brainless and dont even know how dangerous lead and asbestos is for kids,

I think it is time that big business puts people and animals health ahead of their fat wallets. We need to quit buying any of the made in China crap. The government ought to hide their faces in shame that it is still going on. They could stop the crap from coming into the states.
