Eco-friendly Christmas party fashion

The holidays are already a stressful time of year, with everyone trying to find time to shop, decorate, cook (and then exercise a little more to work off those extra pounds) -- plus, you're expected to find something nice to wear to the annual office Christmas party. Ugh!

At least now you can alleviate some of the guilt associated with buying hoards of stuff you probably don't need -- thanks to these eco-friendly holiday fashions highlighted by the UK's Guardian newspaper. The straightforward black cocktail dress gets an ethical makeover by Julia Smith, matching earrings are made from reused and recycled materials, and these gold organic hemp silk trousers are sure to draw some attention.

Not only will you feel better about yourself, you won't have to awkwardly shift from side to side, making small talk about Jan from accounting and pretending not to loathe your boring co-workers -- you'll actually have something to talk about!
