Sexy vegetarian celebrities
Just yesterday PETA revealed the men and woman that they think are Europe's sexiest vegetarians -- and these people weren't exactly lookers. So we got to thinking that maybe vegetarians, as a whole, just aren't that attractive.
To test this theory, we turned to celebrities. Amongst this elite group of shockingly good looking individuals, how do the vegetarians stack up? Have any of Hollywood's hottest gone meat-free, or is their love for animals leaving them looking a little...lackluster?
Check out the galleries to see which celebrities made the cut, then have a look at PETA's list, and see how those celebs compare to the little people.

Wow you are saying that celebs look better than "normal" people? How mature is that? Plus we all know that its the case because they have stylists. How does meat eating or not make a difference? And how is this about living green?

Eating meat, especially the amounts consumed by North Americans, has a tremendous effect on the amount of green-house gases that are released into the environment. Meat production also requires much larger amounts of farm land than vegetable production if you look at the energy content of the food. I read somewhere that on one acre of land you can grow 20000 pounds of potatoes, but only 600 pounds of beef. Meat production is VERY inefficient and basically a waste of food. It would be much better to eat what you can grow yourself, rather than feeding plants to animals and eat the animals.
To produce as much meat as North Americans eat on average, you need chemical fertilizers, medication/antibiotics and pesticides that require oil and/or energy to be made. In short, eating as much meat as North Americans do pollutes the air, water and soil more, creates a lot of greenhouse gas, contributes to resistant strains of bacteria, requires a lot of oil, and results in loss of wildlife habitat everywhere.
Solution: Eat organic meat, and eat much, much less of it. Try 5 pounds per year (average Indian), rather than 180 -200 pounds per year (average American).
You are obviously right about the VIPs. May of them live lives that have little to do with being easy on the environment even if they say they are. Saying it alone does not do the trick. Unfortunately, saying it often is enough to result in people believing that it is actually true. Just imagine everyone living like they do and the impact that would have.
