The Sun Jar

The Sun Jar is a Mason jar, with a solar cell inside, that you leave outside during the day to charge. At night, the energy captured will light up the three LED lamps inside the jar, giving off a nice soft glow. You can use it inside as decorative lighting or as a nightlight. Also, the Sun Jar can be left outside all of the time, perhaps as decorative outdoor lighting, since it is watertight.

As you can see in the picture, it doesn't look like it gives off a very bright light, but I'm sure it is pretty, especially scattered around your outdoor space. Kind of like a jar full of lightning bugs, but without the lightning bugs.

Find it on Uncommon Goods for $40.
